This Privacy Policy explains how Presly, operated by Abersoft ("we", "us"), handles personal data. Presly is deployed for organizations that use it to run attendance and leave inside their Discord server. Your organization decides what to track and why (it is the data controller); Abersoft operates the software on their behalf (the data processor).

1. What we collect

Presly only stores what it needs to run attendance and leave. This includes:

Discord profile basics — your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar, obtained when you sign in with Discord and when your workspace syncs its member list.
Attendance records — check-in and check-out timestamps, the resulting status (present, late, absent, on-leave), and the work date.
Leave records — leave requests you submit (type, dates, reason), their approval status, approver decisions, and any comments.
Configuration set by administrators — your group, role, timezone, and leave quota.
Audit and delivery logs — a record of administrative changes and whether attendance direct messages were delivered, used for accountability and troubleshooting.

Presly uses only Discord's standard permissions. It does not read your message content, does not use privileged gateway intents, and does not track your activity outside of the attendance and leave features described here.

2. How we use it

To send you daily check-in / check-out prompts and reminders via Discord direct message;
To record and display attendance and leave, and to run the approval workflow;
To show reports and summaries to authorized administrators and approvers;
To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Presly authenticates you through Discord's OAuth2 sign-in. We never see or store your Discord password. When you sign in, your organization's Presly receives your basic profile (as listed above) so it can match you to your attendance records. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in to the web portal; it is used only for authentication.

4. Where data is stored

Presly stores data in a MySQL database on the hosting used for your organization's deployment (for this deployment, Rumahweb infrastructure serving abersoft.id). Timestamps are stored in UTC and shown to you normalized to your organization's timezone (WIB / Asia/Jakarta by default).

5. Retention

Attendance and leave records are kept for as long as your organization needs them for record-keeping, and are removed when your organization deletes them or stops using Presly. Backups are retained for a limited period and then rotated out. If you leave the Discord server, your profile stops being synced; ask your administrator about removing historical records.

You — your own attendance and leave through the portal and Discord commands;
Approvers — leave requests routed to them, and today's attendance for their scope;
Administrators — attendance and leave records for members they manage;
Discord — as the platform delivering messages and providing sign-in, subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.

We do not share your data with other third parties except as needed to host and operate the Service, or where required by law.

7. Security

Every Discord interaction is cryptographically verified before Presly acts on it, portal access is role-restricted, and administrative changes are recorded in an audit log. Secrets are kept out of source control. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because your organization controls how it uses Presly, please direct these requests to your workspace administrator; we will support them in responding. You can stop receiving attendance prompts by asking your administrator to change your monitoring status.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
